Settlement, 1921
Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.

Haji Khan [Aqa Habib?], son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, and Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza from the same village, have exchanged two jaribs [unit of area] of land in Kushk village for half a jarib of land in the Muzaffari region and set one tuman and forty misqals of wheat for the detriment clause.

Settlement between Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza, and Muhammad ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Riza from Varnusfadiran, and Haj Muhammad Riza Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land for thirteen tumans, one qiran, and five shahis and set the payment of one hundred dinars and forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat as a condition in case of detriment. Khavar Sultan, wife of Aqa Haydar ‘Ali and mother of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, has confirmed and signed this settlement. On verso: "settlement belongs to Haji Khan."

Settlement of Mirza ‘Ali Khan Furqani and his children, 1930
Mirza ‘Ali Khan Furqani, the former Nayyir al-Mamalik of Isfahan, exchanged four-sixths of his house of residence near the Jami‘ mosque of Isfahan with his two sons, ‘Ali Asghar and ‘Ali Akbar, and the baby (girl or boy) who is still in her/his mother's womb, for one hundred dinars and ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy. He has additionally settled all his household furnishings, including copperware, carpets, beddings, clothing, books, Qur’an, stationaries, food supplies, such as flour and legumes, and any other items, even a nail that might be on the wall, to his three children...

Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."
